Is Planning Permission Required


Planning permission is not normally required as the PODs are temporary structures. However you should check there are no local restrictions where you live, especally for listed buildings or area's within national parks.



What requirements are required for the base


The PODs have their own base so all that is required is level, well drained ground. The PODs have been installed successfully on grass and paved areas.



What size are the PODs


All measurements and footprint size are in the Specifications tab



How long does it take to install the PODs


Our team of fitters will usually be able to install your POD in 1 day



How long is the time between ordering and installing PODs


This is usually 3/4 weeks, if we can do it sooner then we will, obviously in busy times (spring/summer) this may be longer



Can you install heating / lighting


Yes. Most of our POD buyers have taken for this option, we fit a led light, hanging heater and a double socket. These are weather safe and compliant to relevant IP rating. For additional safety we also fit a RCD unit. This option is a additional £320

How do I pay for the POD


When ordering we require a 50% deposit. The balance is payable on completion of the installation. We accept all major credit / debit cards and bank transfer (bacs) payments



Do you provide the PODs in kit form
